Refund & Warranty Policy
We hope you love your new gear from Signal Path Audio Ltd. However, if you are not completely satisfied or experience a technical issue, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and warranty process.
Part 1: 30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-Day Return Window You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns for:

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, dings, or scrapes.

Items lacking their original manuals, warranties, accessories, or original packaging.

Downloadable software products.
Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@signalpath.uk within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue immediately. For manufacturing defects reported within this window, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind Returns For returns without manufacturing defects (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Start a Return Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the original package, as this is a dispatch-only warehouse and your return will be lost.

Email us at sales@signalpath.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct UK return facility address.

Provide Photos: For non-defective returns, please attach a photo of the item safely inside its original packaging, and a photo of the outer packaging, to ensure it is ready for transit.

Post the Item: Once we provide your RA number and address, securely package the product and arrange shipment. Please reply to our email with the tracking details once shipped.
Refund Processing Once the return facility receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Part 2: 24-Month Manufacturer's Warranty
All instruments and audio equipment purchased through Signal Path Audio Ltd (including Guitars, Electronic Drums, Keyboards, Audio Equipment, and Wind Instruments) are covered by a comprehensive 24-Month Manufacturer's Warranty, beginning from the date of receipt.
What is Covered: This warranty covers hardware failures and electronic defects resulting from the manufacturing process. If a product cannot be repaired by the manufacturer's authorized service network during the warranty period, it will be unconditionally replaced.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions): The warranty does not cover:

Products with serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or made unreadable.

Damage caused by transportation, handling, or dropping after receipt (including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage).

Damage caused by abnormal current, voltage fluctuations, or power surges.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, extreme temperatures, humidity, liquid damage, or natural occurrences.

Damage caused by the use of unauthorized third-party equipment, parts, or power supplies.

Consumable items and decorative parts (e.g., guitar strings, batteries, light bulbs).

Products that have been improperly installed, modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Warranty Shipping Fees:

If a product develops a valid warranty fault, the manufacturer will cover up to £10 of the return transportation fee for the repair.

If a product is sent in for a warranty claim but no fault is found, or if the product is outside the warranty period/terms, the customer will be responsible for all transportation and repair fees.
How to Make a Warranty Claim: If your item develops a fault during its 24-month warranty period, please contact us at sales@signalpath.uk. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and a short video or clear photos demonstrating the issue. We will liaise directly with the manufacturer's technical team to arrange for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.
